About EdgeCore Ashburn Data Center Campus
EdgeCore is developing two data centers less than two miles apart on Maries Road and Moran Road in Sterling, Virginia. Together the official Ashburn campus plan provides 114 MW of critical IT load across 685,000 square feet, with initial delivery targeted for late 2026. Dominion Energy service, high-density cooling design, and low-water closed-loop systems.
