QTS Phoenix DC1 40th Street Data Center Campus, also known as QTS Phoenix 1, is a data center project in Phoenix, AZ, US developed and operated by QTS Data Centers. 85-acre multi-building campus; 280+ MW current planned campus capacity; DC1 provides 42 MW of critical power. Owned expandable onsite substation, four diverse underground fiber laterals, redundant conduit paths and closed-loop dry cooling. The 280+ MW figure is the planned full-campus envelope at 1200 N 40th Street. The legacy PHX1 alias conflicts with QTS’s downtown Van Buren PHX1 naming, so the project identity and capacity basis remain unresolved.
