QTS GRO Groningen Data Center

QTS Groningen is the existing operating Groningen facility and remains part of QTS after the Zentrys acquisition. Its 4 MW published facility boundary is distinct from the larger Eemshaven development program. The 2019 acquisition price covered two Dutch sites and is recorded only as shared transaction context. Customer utilization, private contract terms and unreported project financing remain outside the verified public record.
