About QTS EEM Netherlands–Eemshaven Data Center

QTS Eemshaven remains an operating Netherlands facility and is still in QTS’s portfolio following the 2023 acquisition of local operator Zentrys. The legacy 20 MW boundary is kept separate from later hyperscale expansion: Groningen province issued a current permit at Kwelderweg, but that decision does not prove the existing building’s operating IT changed. The 2019 $44 million purchase price covered both Eemshaven and Groningen and is not allocated to this profile. Customer utilization, private contract terms and unreported project financing remain outside the verified public record.
