ODATA DC QR03

All four campuses have operating capacity. QR01 is marketed at 32 MW, QR02 at 30 MW, QR03 has its first 72 MW building operating within a 300 MW five-building buildout, and QR04 has 12 MW operating within a 24 MW design. Participants include ODATA as developer, ODATA as operator, Aligned Data Centers as owner. Published specifications include 300 MW planned capacity, 72 MW operating it capacity. Development comprises QR03 Building 1 (operational), QR03 Buildings 2-5 (development). Key milestones include QR03 Building 1 launched at 72 MW. (2025-04-30).
