Energy Vault Snyder AI Data Center

Energy Vault has begun construction of powered-shell infrastructure for Crusoe Spark modular data centers at its Snyder, Texas technology site. The first contracted phase is 8 MW, with a potential second phase to 25 MW and a separate long-range site concept of up to 500 MW. Energy Vault is associated with the development in Snyder, Scurry County, TX, US. The disclosed development scope includes 8 MW contracted initial powered-shell phase; commercial operation targeted in first half of 2027; potential 25 MW second phase; up to 500 MW long-range site plan. Power and physical infrastructure include modular powered-shell electrical and mechanical infrastructure will serve Crusoe Spark units at an existing Energy Vault site. The first contracted powered-shell phase is designed to deliver 8 MW.
