CyrusOne DFW7 Fort Worth Campus
Under construction · Fort Worth, Texas, United States
CyrusOne is developing a multiphase data center campus beside Calpine's Freestone Energy Center near Fairfield, Texas. The first phase is supported by a 380 MW agreement for power, grid connectivity and site infrastructure, and Calpine has an exclusive agreement for an additional 380 MW Phase 2. Both figures describe contracted supply and supporting infrastructure rather than data center IT load. CyrusOne says the campus will combine grid and onsite generation, use closed-loop cooling and represent more than $500 million of capital investment across phases. Texas records identify C1 Freestone 1 LLC as owner of registered data center fit-outs and Paile LLC as occupant/operator of record; the ultimate compute customer remains undisclosed.
