Scope and capacity
VIRTUS LONDON19 is a planned data-center facility within the Slough Trading Estate and the wider VIRTUS Slough campus. VIRTUS announced the project in June 2026 with 32.5 MW of IT load and said planning permission had already been secured through the estate’s Simplified Planning Zone, with SEGRO to develop the powered shell. The current VIRTUS Slough campus page later lists LONDON19 at 33.5 MW and 8,500 NTM, creating a material conflict between two first-party capacity figures. Planned features include advanced cooling, sustainable construction and provision for future waste-heat export.
