Greater Ashburn campus planned as two 72 MW, two-story data center buildings totaling 144 MW. Closed-loop water cooling and flexible deployment models designed for AI, machine-learning and cloud workloads. STACK now markets the same Arcola/Loudoun campus at 200 MW across two two-story facilities, superseding the 144 MW announcement. It remains future capacity, not operating IT.
