ODATA DC QR04

All four campuses have operating capacity. QR01 is marketed at 32 MW, QR02 at 30 MW, QR03 has its first 72 MW building operating within a 300 MW five-building buildout, and QR04 has 12 MW operating within a 24 MW design. Participants include ODATA as developer, ODATA as operator, Aligned Data Centers as owner. Published specifications include 24 MW planned capacity, 12 MW operating it capacity. Development comprises QR04 Phase 1 (operational), QR04 Phase 2 (planned). Key milestones include QR04 first 12 MW phase launched. (2025-08-14).
