About Novva West Jordan Data Center Campus

Novva’s West Jordan campus is a 100-acre, multi-building data center development launched with a 300,000-square-foot first phase and corporate headquarters. The operator plans up to 1.5 million square feet across four phases, supported by a dedicated transmission connection and an onsite substation designed for future capacity up to 200 MW. A $2 billion expansion is adding two buildings and new backup-generation infrastructure while the original campus remains in operation.
