About Microsoft–Nscale Sines AI Infrastructure Program

SIN01 is operational and currently marketed at 37.5 MW. SIN02 is the next planned 200 MW facility, with Nscale targeting 66,000+ Rubin GPUs from late 2027. SIN03-06 remain future envelopes within the 1.2 GW campus. Participants include Nscale as operator, Microsoft as customer. Development comprises Blackwell Ultra deployment at SIN01 (development), Rubin deployment / second building (planned). Key milestones include Nscale announced 66,000+ Rubin GPUs. (2026-05-05) and Rubin deployment expected to start late 2027. (2027-10-01).
