Scope and capacity

CyrusOne DFW7 is a multi-building data-center campus under construction in Fort Worth, Texas. CyrusOne broke ground in April 2025 and initially described roughly 70 MW of IT capacity. In January 2026, CyrusOne and Eolian described a 200 MW campus deployment enabled by existing high-voltage transmission and substation infrastructure at the adjacent Chisholm Grid site. Chisholm Grid itself is a separate 100 MW battery-energy-storage system that began ERCOT commercial operations in 2021. The 70 MW figure describes an initial IT phase, 200 MW describes the data-center campus envelope, and the 100 MW BESS is a separate supporting energy asset. Large-scale capacity delivery is expected to begin during 2026.
