QTS Fort Worth Data Center Campus
Partially operational · Fort Worth, Texas, United States
CyrusOne DFW7 is a multi-building data center campus under construction in Fort Worth, Texas. CyrusOne broke ground in April 2025 and initially described roughly 70 MW of IT capacity. In January 2026, CyrusOne and Eolian described a 200 MW campus deployment enabled by existing high-voltage transmission and substation infrastructure at the adjacent Chisholm Grid site. Chisholm Grid itself is a separate 100 MW battery-energy-storage system that began ERCOT commercial operations in 2021. The 70 MW figure describes an initial IT phase, 200 MW describes the data center campus envelope, and the 100 MW BESS is a separate supporting energy asset. Large-scale capacity delivery is expected to begin during 2026.
