Scope and capacity
Applied Digital developed and energized a 200 MW hosting facility near Garden City, Texas, on a long-term ground lease. The site was built beside wind generation and reached full energization in October 2023 for blockchain-compute hosting. Applied Digital later reported the sale of the Garden City location, so the operating site is presented separately from the company’s current North Dakota AI-campus strategy.
