Riot Rockdale AI Data Center Campus

Riot is converting its Rockdale campus into a contracted AI data center platform. A new 20-year lease covers 191 MW of critical IT capacity, alongside an earlier AMD deployment. The disclosed development scope includes 191 MW contracted critical IT; initial 96 MW expected December 2027; full delivery expected June 2028. Power and physical infrastructure include existing approved and energized interconnection supports phased build-to-suit delivery. Riot executed a 20-year lease for 191 MW of critical IT capacity. Riot disclosed a Morgan Stanley interim financing facility of up to $573 million for the 191 MW build-to-suit program.
