NorthC Delft is an operating colocation facility at Heertjeslaan 1, 2629 JG Delft. NorthC’s factsheet describes 5,000 square metres of total surface and 1,800 square metres of data-floor area. Its electrical architecture uses 2 × 23 kV utility feeds, N+1, with UPS N+1 and backup generators 2N. Cooling uses direct adiabatic air cooling, n+1. The facility offers carrier- and cloud-neutral interconnection, A/B meet-me rooms and access to NorthC’s Region Connect Ring. The operator lists 1.5 MW of installed electrical capacity. The rating describes the facility’s installed electrical capacity. The site is located in Delft’s Technopolis area. In January 2012, BAM announced construction of the Delft datacenter for The Datacenter Group and set a 1 September 2012 availability target.
