Scope and capacity
Meta's Hyperion campus in Richland Parish began as a $10 billion, 4 million-square-foot project and was expanded in July 2026 to more than $50 billion, nearly 10 million square feet and 5 GW of IT capacity. Blue Owl-managed funds own 80% of the campus joint venture and Meta owns 20%.
