Scope and capacity
MIA-1 is a 150,000-square-foot purpose-built facility replacing records-storage space on an existing Miami site. All 16 MW under construction were pre-leased at Q2 2026, with Q4 2026 completion expected and $193 million total expected investment. Cartis labels the 16 MW as contracted development supply, not operating IT. Customer utilization, private contract terms and unreported project financing remain outside the verified public record.
