AMS-1 in Haarlem currently provides 13.1 MW and is almost fully leased. A 10 MW phase is under construction for Q2 2027 within a 43.1 MW full-build plan. Cartis publishes 13.1 MW as the current operating headline and keeps the construction phase and wider design potential separate; the SEC-reported $156.6 million expected Phase 4 investment is scoped to that expansion.
