H5 Charlotte is an operating 207,000-square-foot data center campus on 28 acres in Charlotte. Duke Energy utility service, diverse substations and feeds, 2N UPS architecture, N+1 generation and mechanical systems support the existing facility. Adjacent land can accommodate a separate 200,000-square-foot expansion designed for up to 20 MW of critical capacity.
