About Flexential Atlanta-Norcross 2
Flexential Atlanta-Norcross 2 is a planned data center at 2755 Northwoods Parkway, adjacent to but physically distinct from the company's existing Norcross facility. Flexential announced the project in April 2026 and expects it online in the first half of 2028. Current materials describe a 48,000-square-foot facility, while a facility guide separately identifies a 25,000-square-foot data center footprint. Norcross 2 is designed around 4.5 MW of critical-load UPS capacity, Georgia Power service, 4:3 distributed-redundant UPS, N+1 cooling, a target PUE of 1.3, zero-water-use design and a network backbone scalable to 400 Gbps.
