About Evolution TH01 Bang Na

Evolution TH01 is a two-phase data centre development on Bang Na Trad Road in metropolitan Bangkok, developed with Central Pattana. Evolution specifies 12 MW of IT design capacity for Phase 1 and 40 MW for Phase 2, with service targets of Q4 2026 and Q2 2027 respectively. A hyperscaler has committed to Phase 1. IFC’s disclosure, updated 14 February 2026, lists a loan of up to $150 million as approved and pending signing. Its environmental review describes air cooling for Phase 1 and planned liquid cooling for Phase 2.
