Eneus Energy’s Harlingen proposal is a long-range, energy-integrated data center campus on roughly 1,785 acres in Cameron County, Texas. Eneus describes as many as 16 data halls, up to 2 GW of total power, a planned 765 kV connection, closed-cycle cooling using reclaimed wastewater and more than $14 billion of capital investment through 2045. The 2 GW amount is a prospective full-build power envelope, not operating capacity. Final customers, permits, utility agreements, generation mix, incentives and phase financing remain uncommitted.
