Prime Los Angeles LAX01 Data Center Campus
Operating / Stabilized · Vernon, California, United States
DataBank LAX2 is a 32 MW critical-IT data center under development at 3094 E. Vernon Avenue in Vernon, California. DataBank and Goodman Group announced a 50/50 joint venture for the facility in April 2026, after Goodman acquired the site in 2023 and secured power, planning and entitlements. DataBank’s current facility page lists 131,000 IT square feet, 32 MW of critical IT load, block-redundant power, N+2 cooling and 100% renewable-energy sourcing. The first 6 MW is expected in December 2026, with the remaining 26 MW scheduled in stages through September 2027, so the 32 MW figure represents the full design envelope rather than current operating load.
