Scope and capacity
CloudHQ is developing a single-building data center campus in São João de Meriti, Rio de Janeiro, designed for 36 MW of critical IT capacity. State and municipal protocols were signed in 2023, while the previously announced September 2025 delivery target passed without an operating announcement.
